Our Custom Roof Maintenance Program Prevents Problems Before They Occur.

You’re invested in your property or are responsible for managing these valuable assets. Our recurring maintenance program protects that investment, preventing costly repairs or worse, the need to replace a roof before its time. And it keeps roof warranties intact. We know what the season brings. Our highly-trained, locally-based technicians are ready. We call this preventive maintenance program R.A.M. (Roof Asset Manager). Because managing such an important asset requires a dedicated team and plan to ensure the readiness of any roof before the season’s call.

Visually inspect roof surfaces and provide repairs to maintainable defects as needed

Fill all pitch pockets with pourable sealant or fibered mastic and slope to drain

Inspect all caulking and sealants, re-caulk as needed to assure water-tightness

Inspect all roof drains, through-wall scuppers, gutters and overflows

Tighten all drain bolts and repair as needed

Caulk the tops of all electrical and gas penetration jacks
