Snyder was awarded “Top Contractor for Safety Gold Star Program” on the OHSU Collaborative Life Sciences Project for the 2013 3rd Quarter by JE Dunn Construction.
John McKenzie, the Safety Manager for JE Dunn awarded the certificate to Snyder’s Safety Coordinator, Russ Nicolai and specifically thanked the following crew members for their exemplary performance on the job: Dan Dyke, Ryan DeClerk, Boris Mitiusev, Ismael Preciado, and Ryan Hoover.
Located on Portland’s South Waterfront, the 480,000 square foot OHSU Collaborative Life Sciences Building brings together three of Oregon’s leading universities: Oregon Health & Science University, Oregon State University and Portland State University under one single roof. The new facility is designed to build upon educational partnerships and create jobs while expanding teaching facilities, class sizes, and research activities. The goal is to increase the number of doctors, dentists and researchers graduating from Oregon institutions.
