Project Profile
What was a parking lot for CenturyLink Field events is now the Stadium Place residential towers. Upon completion, the multi-use project is slated to include residential units for mixed income levels, parking stalls, a luxury hotel, and 16,000 square feet of prime retail space. As one of the greenest residential buildings in Seattle, certain structures within Stadium Place will feature a proposed four-story living wall and an active stormwater collection and re-use program. To date, development of the full Stadium Place project remains underway.
Building green. Vertically.
When the project was initially awarded, Snyder was not the selected roofing partner. Concerned with the low-cost partner selected and their abilities to deliver a quality product on time, General Contractor JTM instead opted to work with us. It turned out that our role expanded to include not only the roofing solutions but also to design the Level 5 Podium deck, perform repairs to below grade work and work left undone by other contractors in various site locations. The job site was congested, with more than 320 workers on many days and limited access. Our own equipment — from hoists to boom trucks — enabled us to work away from the most congested areas and deliver our work on time and on budget.
