Snyder is pleased to welcome Bob Bolt to the team as Chief Operating Officer

Bob brings decades of experience in commercial roofing and sheet metal throughout the Pacific Northwest. He began his career working alongside his father at McDonald and Wettle and later succeeded him in leading the company. Under Bob’s leadership, the business grew into a highly respected regional contractor with offices in both Portland and Seattle. As part of a thoughtful succession plan, Bob ultimately helped transition the company to employee ownership—an approach that reflects his values, integrity, and people-first leadership style.

At Snyder, Bob will focus on strengthening collaboration between teams, improving operational consistency, and supporting the long-term success of Snyder in Oregon and Washington. He will initially spend significant time in Oregon working closely with the leadership team, while also partnering with the Washington office and field teams throughout the region.

Those who know Bob describe him as grounded, humble, and highly engaged. He values relationships, believes in listening first, and brings a hands-on approach to problem solving. Bob is eager to learn from the people of Snyder and to contribute his experience wherever it adds the most value.
