Early design input to the general contractor developed a partnership and level of comfort that Snyder was the best contractor to provide the roofing scope for this project. The scope included SBS built-up roofing spanning five levels. Our main challenge on the project, as with any high-rise, was hoisting materials and equipment to the various roofs. But more specifically, hoisting up equipment hatches after the tower crane was dismantled due to supply chain delays posed a significant challenge that we worked closely with the general contractor to overcome. Snyder’s clear communication and coordination with other trades ensured that issues were resolved timely and without an adverse impact on the project.
