Based on prior projects with the general contractor’s team, Snyder was brought in as a trusted partner to provide cost sensitive solutions for the project’s below-grade and pedestrian areas. Our scope on this project included below-grade vertical sheet waterproofing, hot rubberized waterproofing, and traffic coatings. Scopes in these areas require the need to coordinate closely with others, proactively identify potential performance issues, and provide timely solutions. Because of our strong partnership with the manufacturers specified for this project, we were able to ensure those needs were met and the Owner was provided with reliable system to reduce the potential for water entry into the structure.
