PROJECT OVERVIEW
Cross-laminated timber building with views of Portland’s eastside provides historic office space feel and design efficiency for tenants
Snyder was brought into this project at the design stage by the general contractor and played a crucial role in providing options to the design team that would meet the project’s needs and requirements. For this project, Snyder provided below-grade vertical waterproofing and SBS built-up roofing systems. The project required design adjustments to accommodate uncured concrete applications to meet the project schedule and installation of waterproofing below the water table. The building was submitted by the general contractor and won a Design Excellence Award.
