Downtown high-rise adds seven floors to existing building
Snyder was engaged early in the development of this project to provide input around the roofing and waterproofing scopes assisting in identifying additional details, appropriate materials, budgets, and durations to properly plan a project of this caliber. The project scope included SBS built-up roofing, hot rubberized waterproofing, sheet waterproofing, and traffic coatings. Given the project location and onsite conditions, the project required separate mobilizations and careful coordination due to limited space on site. Throughout the project, there was close collaboration between Snyder, the general contractor, and the design team to ensure the right details were utilized at each unique condition encountered. Communication throughout this project was the key to the project’s success.
