With the long-standing relationships of those involved with this project, Snyder was excited to be selected as the partner to provide roofing for this new middle school. Our scope included the installation of a SBS built-up roof assembly for this project that would expand capacity for the school district. At a time when material shortages were hampering our industry, creative solutions were going to be key to ensuring this project maintained a schedule that often comes with school projects. In addition, other trades on the project were facing similar issues and as such there was daily collaboration to coordinate work sequence with each trade’s impact and maximize the project’s tasks to complete this project. Ultimately, this project was completed on time and school opened as scheduled.
