La Salle Catholic College Preparatory sits in a residential area with a brick façade and wood deck and was in dire need of a new roof. The opportunity to partner on this roofing project originated from Snyder’s previous relationship with the School through our Service Department. From early inspection processes, we were able to completely develop a scope of work that included replacement of deteriorated decking followed by the installation of a single ply roof system. Challenges around addressing the deterioration of decking while keeping the building dried in were critical during the project. This project has a unique layout and required careful planning and coordination to load each area, something Snyder using its own boom trucks was able to navigate.
