Snyder was awarded this project given our long-term relationship with the general contractor and experience with medical centers. Legacy Emanual’s expansion included multiple variations of built up and single-ply roof systems. Because of the schedule and need to minimize impact to the adjacent active hospital, Snyder staffed the projects with multiple crews to tackle areas simultaneously. The logistics-heavy project required a lot of pre-planning and coordination with the general contractor and Snyder delivered to expectations.
