This project started behind from the day design began. Working collaboratively to develop a reliable design for the roof and associated seismic joints throughout the structure was key to make up ground and ensure long-term reliable performance from water entry. Snyder’s scope evolved through early engagement to include a single-ply membrane across a vast roof and custom seismic joint covers throughout the facility. We worked closely with the general contractor and other trades to ensure that sequencing required throughout the project was done in the most efficient manner possible.
