PROJECT OVERVIEW
Stadium Place West residential towers houses residential units for mixed income levels, parking stalls, a luxury hotel, and 16,000 square feet of prime retail space.
When the project was initially awarded, Snyder was not the selected roofing partner. Concerned with the low-cost partner selected and their abilities to deliver a quality product on time, General Contractor JTM instead opted to work with us. It turned out that our role expanded to include not only the roofing solutions but also to design the Level 5 Podium deck, perform repairs to below grade work and work left undone by other contractors in various site locations.

- Installed a fully adhered Carlisle 60mil White EPDM Roof Assembly over full tapered insulation assembly and vapor barrier
- Installed a Cetco Strataseal 215mil hot rubber reinforced waterproofing assembly including drainage and insulation components. Overburden included a combination of rock, pavers, and green roof assemblies.
