Snyder was awarded this project after partnering with the general contractor and manufacturer during design phase of the roofing to provide input to ensure design and bid requirements were complete and comprehensive. Our scope included removing the existing waterproofing to follow with the installation of a new hot rubberized waterproofing system. This project was a courtyard with minimal space surrounded by high-rise towers in the center of downtown. Between the landscape contractor, Snyder, and other trades working in this tight space, this project required the utilization of our experience and specific equipment for these types of conditions to ensure that the system was installed correctly and safely.
