Snyder was chosen as the roofing partner for this project due to our ability to provide the manpower and materials to guarantee the general contractor’s critical schedule path on this re-roofing project. After removing all existing roofing, our crews installed a SBS built-up roof system and managed the installation of a new fall protection system. Due to the nature of working within the grounds of an active medical facility, noise impacts and other activities were closely regulated with minimal durations provided, requiring Snyder to adapt accordingly. Despite these challenges, Snyder’s experience working on medical facilities across the Pacific Northwest allowed the project to move forward successfully and crews to complete the project in a safe manner with minimal impact to the occupants of the buildings within the facility.
