Snyder was chosen for this large-scale renovation project given the requirement for large crew sizes and adherence to construction schedules around school schedule. The project scope included tear-off of the existing system and application of a new single-ply roof along with insulating walls with spray foam and tying in brick façade with metal flashings. Snyder was able to meet the manpower needs of a project to meet the schedule despite impacts that arose.
